Tasks MetroBike performed include:
- sited 80+ existing stations throughout the County;
- co-authored a successful application for $1 million to the Maryland Department of Transportation for 250 bikes and 30 stations;
- analyzed residential and employment density, bike and transit facilities, and equity needs for station siting;
- created a station implementation process for sites on public and private property; and
- reviewed developer site plans to reserve space for a station.
